RxAssist Brochures

RxAssist has brochures available for your meetings, conferences, health fairs, etc. If you would like to order brochures, please email us at info@rxassist.org.

There are two types of brochures available:

Patient Brochures - which describe the resources available, step by step instructions to help patients navigate the RxAssist website, information about our discount card, etc.

Provider Brochures - which have information about our Learning Center, outline of resources and sevices available, etc.

Note: RxAssist can also provide copies of our discount card for your events, however; please limit requests to 25 cards.

When placing your order, please include the following information:

Contact Name

Organization Name

Address

Name of event and date

Number of brochures requested (limit 100 per event)
